The HCC®℠ Brand & Licence Costs and Penalty MarkenG § 30 ff is additional 20 % HCC®℠ (S4) Tarif for Non Contract Customers until you sign and fulfill the Cease-and-desist agreement. Art. 82 ff GDPR Liability and Right to Damages & UrhG § 97 et seq. applies. Minimum always additional 20 % of the Total Contract Volumne.

The protection of intellectual property & in the case of active reputation & violation of privacy, the non-material monetary compensation claim results from § 823 (1) BGB in conjunction with Art. 2 (1), 1 (1) GG. Minimum 1 KJ HCC®℠ (S4) Flat Fee. See also Art. 82 EU - DSGVO. And also don't violate the Competition Law § 4 No. 4 UWG, §§ 186, 187 StGB. You hast to give all necessery Contract & Project Informations to the Contractor about Project Duration and Details immediately.

We only provide fee-based consulting services as a flat fee! - No personal service! - See HCC®℠ (S1) to (S5). This means a flat fee of 20% and one PT per week & 8 hours to 100% and 5 PT per week. And additional service and standby time, provision & travel time, expenses & expenses and preparation time & post-processing.

Onside Projects are additional 100 TEUR net. more expansive per month.

The legally binding Contractual Penalty is 180 PT and 360 PT if you pay not or refuse or to late your contract sallary HCC®℠ Service (S1) - (S4) and as long as you have not signed the cease-and-desist agreement in accordance with Section § 14 ff of the Trademark Act, you will pay additional Licence Costs of 20% of the HCC®℠ (S4) Flat Fee as a monthly. or punishment to the day until you sign and fulfill the desists agreemant and Licence, Contract and Pay Punishment always additional to each of your contracts and Companys who are involved in the Brand & License Damage All rights reserved!

We deliver only HCC®℠ (S1) to (S5) payable Consulting Services! No People Delivery and flat fee's like 8 hours per day.
